Please note that when money is transferred to our Eurobank account by order of another bank, the transaction costs must be covered exclusively by the payer, i.e. the customer. In any case, the order will not be executed unless the total value of the order is deposited into our account.

**Payment by credit card

The online store of "" accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, and American Express credit and debit cards. For card purchases, follow the instructions provided in our online store. Once you have completed your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of the National Bank of Greece, where you will be asked to enter your card number, expiry date, and the 3-digit number (CVV) printed on the back of your card.

Please note that you will not be charged for the transaction even if your card is issued by another bank. The transaction takes place in the secure transaction environment ### and none of your card details are stored on our servers.

If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when your order is delivered, with your credit card and ID. In this case (i.e., payment by creadit card), the order cannot be received by a third party who presents the credit card and wishes to pay with it on your behalf. If the order is placed in the name and on behalf of a company, the credit card you use must be a corporate card. In other words, it must have been issued in the name of the respective company. Upon delivery of the order, the holder of the corporate credit card must also be present with the card and their ID.

According to current tax regulations, as of January 3, 2012, receipts worth more than €500 to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €500 to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) must be paid ONLY in the following ways:

• Deposit/transfer to a bank account or
• Charge to credit or debit card

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Free shipping concerns shipments within Greece. All shipments outside of Greece has extra shipping cost. After you place your order our sales department will contact you about the shipping cost. In case you don’t agree with the shipping cost the order will be cancelled.

For items delivered to outside the European Union, you may be subject to additional charges for VAT and, when applicable, customs duties in your country. In any case these charges are paid by the customer even if the parcel returned back to us due to prohibition from your country’s custom office.
