About me

My name is Pavlos Politidis and I was born on April 17, 1996. I am a gymnast and sports coach, a graduate of a private vocational training institute in the field of gymnastics and sports training. My relationship with sports began when I was a child. I started with soccer, until wrestling completely won me over. From the age of 11 to 18, I was systematically involved in wrestling and returned to it later. In between, I tried martial arts, but from the age of 18, weight training became my stable foundation—a way of life. My personal experience with training was not limited to the physical dimension. I deepened my knowledge through seminars and continuous education, focusing on training techniques and performance optimization.

This journey has helped me grow physically and mentally—and has given me the opportunity to guide others on their own paths. For me, coaching is not just a profession. It is a mission. I believe in the power of discipline, the importance of continuous development, and the value of physical and mental health. My goal is to inspire and support each person to discover their true potential through training.
I have six years of experience in the field, having worked with dozens of people, which has given me valuable experience and a broader understanding of the needs of each trainee.
